"Consistently good and as expected in the Centre of Manchester. The rooms were well kept and I enjoyed my time here. The staff were helpful in providing assistance when required, in addition to this, the restaurant area is very calming indeed. The Hotel also provides daily quality national newspapers, which is appreciated.
Five stars indeed and recommended to you."

"I asked for a late checkout but was told no because they were fully booked for the night ahead and a lot of those guests had asked for an early check in which seems very unfair to me.
The staff on reception were also quite rude to me."
