"I asked for a late checkout but was told no because they were fully booked for the night ahead and a lot of those guests had asked for an early check in which seems very unfair to me.
The staff on reception were also quite rude to me."

"Lovely place to stay!
A very central location, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The accommodation was immaculately clean, practical and had a calm, pleasant atmosphere.
There are just a couple of small things that could be improved. The breakfast was quite basic, and it would be lovely to see some healthier options, such as oats or muesli, fresh fruit and fresh juice. The room was also a little too warm, and unfortunately, the air conditioning didn’t seem to make much...

"This was such a nice hotel, the nicest and most genuine 4 star stayed in for a while. Design touches give it a really unique and relaxing feel. Nice change from more traditional chain hotels. Breakfast was amazing."
