"Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum von Glasgow, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Bahnhof und Geschäfte liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Straße ist belebt, am Wochenende auch nachts, aber im Hotel bekommt man davon nichts mit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Bad sehr modern. Ich würde wieder herkommen und es auch weiterempfehlen."

"Room was clean, but a little old feeling. The staff was great, there was an issue with the key cards when I arrived (they weren't working) , but the staff were vigilant in making sure that they were available to escort me to my room and let me in with the master key. Thankfully that only happened the first evening I was there. It also appeared that only one of the elevators was working. Despite being on a "high floor" (the 5th) the noise from the street could still be heard, which didn't bother...

"Staff were very helpful and keen to serve us. The two guys who looked after us went above and beyond.
When I asked about leaving a gratuity on the card payment they advised it will take some time for them to see any of it. Is that correct?"

"Staff were very attentive and helpful. We arrived early and were given the option to have our belongings stored while were explored the city until we were able to check in. Bedroom decor and bathroom were beautiful. It was great being right next to the central station which provided easy access to transportation. Although it was within the city centre, we were able sleep peacefully at night. "
