"Liked the openness of the room. Drapes couldnt be closed to block street lights. The toilet was so low, great if you brought kids, but too hard to get up for the elderly. Staff was great and breakfast buffet was good. Didnt have the opportunity to try pool. Maybe next visit. Also like the shower instead of tub"

"This is a gem of an inn. The sound of the water pouring over the dam and the birds chirping will lull you to sleep each night. The room as basic and comfortable, there’s onsite laundry and a great kitchen. I highly recommend the Washington Inn as a great starting point for exploring the natural beauty of Grayson County! "

"It is an old motel. Convenient, and the bed was comfortable. Room and bathroom was clean. Parking lot is rough, but that's ok for the price. You can park right in front of your room. Overall good experience if you are not looking for luxury."

"I recently attempted to stay here with my family for a weekend and had a very disappointing experience. Despite the property listing indicating that air conditioning was available, there was none when we arrived. With temperatures in the 80s that weekend, the lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we found the door unlocked, raising serious security concerns.
