"La atención de las personas del lugar fue sensacional. Cuando llegamos (antes del horario de check in a dejar las maletas) nos ofrecieron café y algo para desayunar lo cual nos dejó sumamente sorprendidos. Se portaron de 10. Y el lugar es súper tranquilo, las habitaciones MUY cómodas y el lugar muy bonito y acogedor."

"Quite honestly, this is a beautiful hotel with great lobby and great bar, the bartenders are fun and cool, the rooms are nicely decorated, mine was a little small but you could get a suite if you want something larger. And it is very close to a lift, ski eq. Rental, and bus stop so perfect location."

"Great location in the middle of the walking district. Beautiful room and very walkable to the lake and around town. Also close to the train station for travel connections. Staff are very friendly and helpful!"

"Good hotel in old part of Chur - about 15 mins walk from train station. Great rooms - comfy beds and clean. Breakfast very nice too. My only negative was the lady on check in who was quite unfriendly and did not give me a good first impression - I understand many people stay for just one night but that’s the nature of the town and the business. I found her quite intimidating "
