"Everything about our stay at Palacio Gran Via was beyond our expectations. We have traveled extensively and this was the best overall experience EVER in a hotel. The entire staff was accommodating and welcoming answering any question or request. They made us a reservation at a wonderful restaurant on the same day. "Breakfast was good but could be a little chaotic at busy times. Would prefer more non-buffet options at lunchtime (the bar does have a small but acceptable menu).
