"Tudo incrível! Natureza exuberante. Amamos"

"Meus destaques são a localização e estacionamento gratuito"

"Very loud speaker with “Sertanejo” music all the time. We asked to reduce the volume but they didn’t"

"Execellent resort for those who want to relax and enjoy good food, great hot springs and amazing nature. I highly recommend for parents with kids, whole family and friends. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The araras and other birds make it a very special place."

"I enjoyed the stay overall. It's a nice looking hotel from outside but it has some old parts and equipments inside. The first room I stayed had leakage from the sprinkler out of no where and we were switched to a new room. "Ever thing good"

"The property is old, decayed. It needs a complete Reno."

"Property lacks customer service knowledge. Horrible service and everyone looked lost. They were very inept to read and react regarding guests needs."

"This place is amazing, very polite staff, excellent food, this is second to none. I was received by 2 nice young kids with a smile in their faces, this is so rare nowadays. Keep up the good work!!! I recommend this place to all."

"It was great seeing Yago, Regis, Humberto and Alinia at the Front Desk and Idejanie in the Restaurant, and Norton at the front door once again. Great staff that is always friendly and welcoming and one of the reasons why I have been coming to Castro's Park Hotel every year since 2014."

"Hotel velho ,, precisando de pintura ,,, reformas"

"Preços são altos comparados com a concorrência. Mas o hotel é muito bom. Excelente localização. Roupa de cama. Tudo funcionando. Bom café-da-manhã. Academia meio fraca. Sauna funcionando. E uma sala brinquedoteca."
