"Do not recommend the hotel for various reasons during the summer. The AC did not work; engineer came and spent 10 minutes and gave us a small fan to sleep at night for a room that we paid $300's. During check in ,they took my number but never texted / called me to tell us when room is ready and we waited from 1:30pm to 8pm. The room size was great , the bed was comfrotable but due to not having AC, we did not sleep well. The bathroom grouts are all coming out , it does not represent a good...

The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring San Sebastián, especially close to the beach and main attractions. However, the room was quite small. "My first complaint is with the quality of beds , they are the cheapest kind, the hotel tried to address my complaint by putting a mattress topper on but it just made it worse. Secondly the towels that were given to us were stained with dried blood , not good by any standard !
