Cari Hotel di Gicumbi

"The room was clean. Staff were friendly and always ready to assist. Sonia at the Milina restaurant was absolutely amazing each time my mom and I went there for breakfast. Brian at the front desk made checking in a breeze. I will definitely come back."

"Wonderful property"

"My money was not refunded in my credit card"

"Excellent hôtel boutique bien situé à Kigali. Excellent restaurant! Personnel compétent et sympathique et très serviable. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon. Très bon lit avec filet moustiquaire. Recommandé!"

"The staff are very warm and helpful. The rooms are clean. It is a peaceful place."

"Just for context this trip was about the 10th to Kigali in the past 18 months during which time my colleagues have stayed at a variety of more expensive places. They are idiots!!! 2000 Downtown has the best staff, best value, biggest rooms and convenient location. Pay $30 more to stay in a glorified closet in a "boutique" or just stay in a huge room with a comfy bedin the centre of downtown with great courteous and helpful staff. Your choice"

As a guest, I should not have to deal with constant complaints about their booking arrangements. Management ignored my attempts to...

"Ms.Asumta was very friendly and helped me with the formalities. The chief waiter and his team were carrying all the time and presented a wonderful Tilapia for dinner. Don't trust some bad reviews about this place, now they are under new management "

"None yet"

"Room did not have AC as advertised, bathroom fixtures all need repair, shower head sprays all over the bathroom. Restaurant was pretty good."

"Very nice Hotel, amazing services and kind employees"

"Here are a few issues I had at the apartment 1. Noticed the door at the living room is always opened and a staff member can just barge in. It was like the living room is an extension of their office. I didn't appreciate it and tried enforcing privacy at some time and was told to just focus on my room. 2. I constantly had to remind the manager about internet disruption, electricity getting exhausted. If you are a business person, I would not recommend this apartment. 3. Janvier is a nice guy....
