Cari Hotel di Georgia

"Friendly & welcoming staff. Large & clean room with usual high standards and basic facilities as expexted from a BW. No issues at all. Had to stay last minute due to previous accommodation issues"

"The apartment has a great location, friendly and attentive staff, and everything is new. However, the facilities are quite limited: there is no washing machine or clothes dryer, and the only appliances provided are a hairdryer and a kettle. Unfortunately, the floor in the room was very dirty upon arrival. Overall, a good location and helpful staff, but cleanliness and basic amenities need improvement."

"Excellent hotel and staff. Taking the working hotel to hotel gondola was a highlight with dinner on top. Ana at breakfast was the friendliest manager I have met. A credit to the hotel!"

"A very cool hotel in Tbilisi. Perfectly located, great local food & bars."

"We stayed at mountain view room, the view is exceptional. The receptionists were friendly, explained in detail. The room is clean, comfortable, but No TV. The room price considered high compare nearby property. Just the view is nice."

"Hotel impeccable Très bon rapport qualité/prix Personnel serviable Restaurant géorgien juste en face"

"My recent stay was highly frustrating, largely due to unfocused front desk staff and poor customer service. The receptionists made multiple careless errors, starting with issuing a defective room key that required an immediate trip back to the desk to fix. Later, a receptionist incorrectly validated my parking ticket, forcing me to walk all the way back from the garage and wait for her to finish a phone call just to correct her admitted mistake. The poor service extended to the rest of the...

"Nice location, very clean and quiet hotel room and lobby. The breakfast buffet is a little expensive but very good. Would definitely stay again."

"This hotel is lovely - comfortable, quiet, and in a great location for exploring Old Town Tbilisi. Added bonus: the staff is terrific and so responsive (more on that later). The decor throughout the hotel is unique (in a very good way!) with sumptuous wallpaper, high ceilings, crown molding and other luxurious details that make one feel pampered. The windows are double paned so there is no traffic noise. We slept very soundly every night we were there. The onsite restaurants provide a great...
