"We booked Graystone 77, but where on arrival told to go to Hydropak without further explanation. We contacted the accommodation a week before arrival to fix time and check in. Extremely slow and unfriendly reply. In fact up to our arrival at the city had no clarification at all. The accommodation had no TV and no internet working, only one towel per person ( no hand towel or face cloths), there was 1 wine glasses for 4 of us, shower tap etc loose. "This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. It must be a 2 stars boutique homestay instead. Room is too small for 2 king bed. Bathroom is too small with old shower stall. Old furniture and squeaking wood floor. Felt unwelcome by the management. Definitely not happy stay and not recommend to others. "
