"המלון הכי טוב בגלאפגוס רמה גבוהה מאוד שירות מדהים קצת יקר אבל שווה את המחיר מומלץ מאוד"

"Super friendly manager. Excellent location. Excellent hot water, good shower. Comfortable bed. Outstanding Wi-Fi (although the manager told us some rooms work better than others). The only thing that could be better is the AC cycling. When it is on, it gets pretty cold and then when it turns off, it gets warm. The cycle differential is way too large. There is not really a middle ground."

"The hotel was very clean and the rooms are air conditioned; the staff did a wonderful job and we always saw them working around the property. Also very helpful. We only used the hot tub but the pool looked clean and clear. There is an exercise room with table tennis and places to lounge. Breakfast was made fresh every day. The hotel is set back from the touristy area (5 minute taxi ride, very cheap and taxis are easy to get) and there were quite a few roosters but they didn’t bother us. We also...

"For Isabela standards this is a great hotel. The location is the best. Quite but close enough to the center. The rooms are large enough. The staff is friendly but Isabela style slow… Breakfast is OK and the food otherwise is also good. I suggest they invest in a better capuchino machine."

"Pool, view, location"

"Fabulous! Stephanie the receptionist is amazing!"

"Great staff, great location."

"I had a terrible stay at the property. The property lost power while we were out to dinner. I got back to our room found out there is no power and called property manager but she did not pick up the phone. Only text me back via WhatsApp stated there is power outage and only a few houses got affected and she did not know when the power will be back up. I asked her for alternative plan but no response. It is not & humid, we cannot stay in the room. She did not even offer any apology for...

"Excellent service!! A great hotel! We had a very pleasant experience. The staff were very friendly, very courteous and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again."

"The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, particularly Max. The hotel was clean and I enjoyed the top deck balcony. It's in a great location across from the main pier with a handy mini mart next door. The hotel provides breakfast to go if you have a day trip and filtered water on premises for use which I thought was a great offer."

"Muy buen lugar , recomendable para descansar"

"La amabilidad y calidez del personal. Entrada y salida independiente. Habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo."
