My key cards did not work even after taking them back twice, the room had no toilet paper. No towels, no sheets for the sofa bed. We went to get some and the towels had yellow stains and hair on them. They looked really old and worn out. There was inappropriate adult items left in the room, there was trash underneath the bed which we saw because we had to search all over for the remote...

The blackout curtain had a hole in it so light shined in. I didn’t see any women on the property, either as employees or guests. So as a solo female traveler, just a heads up. The parking lot was well lit."

"had a wonderful stay at Four Points! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and it looked like the bathrooms had just been remodeled—they felt brand new and were spotless. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. "Hotel was very nice but absolutely the worst pillows I have ever used. All four pillows went flat and had a feel of a plastic barrier. Bring your own pillows!!"
