There were switches for lights, curtains, and AC, but poorly labeled and difficult to understand what controlled what. Additionally, food options at both the hotel and in the area were lacking. We tried to call for room service one night and were told that it was too busy and to come...

"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again!
