"Absolute value for money. Excellent experience"

"It could have been worse, but I can't recommend it to others. Communal bathrooms are fine, but there is only one bathroom building for the entire property, so it's a long walk. The water also didn't work in either the sinks or the showers (the toilets still worked, if you know what I mean). None of the roads are paved, so it's a long, muddy walk to and from the facilities. There is also no heat. That was fine for us because we had plenty of blankets, but I think it's something potential guests...

"Great for car camping IF you bring a cooler and kitchen setup; the outdoors without the lumpy ground and having to set up and break down a tent. A reasonably priced option to staying in hotels during peak summer. If you need to use a bathroom frequently - especially at night - rent tents closer to facilities. Showers are basic. Plan to be efficient."

"This place is great, the staff is great and very helpful. However, they do not provide soap to shower. Even the lowest 1 star roach motels provide soap. We had to use hand soap to shower with. The staff said the owner will not provide soap. After a little google search, the owner is a billionaire and owns a soap company. It is weird but take your own soap!!"

"They were remodeling, the elevator did not work, there was plaster in the carpet; and dry wall dust on floor boards. The building is showing it’s age, the rooms were clean and in good shape."
