"I have never been treated like so horribly in my life. To begin with the bed was not made someone had clearly slept in so I asked for new sheets that were never brought to me. Then, the air did not work so I was moved to a room where I kept getting locked out of at least the room was clean. Then, gave a new key that didn't work after 3 keys. I was screamed at & ultimately talked down to as if I were nothing and I was asked to leave. Make that make sense. I wasn't going to say anything but something needs to be done about that and I wasn't the only guests that happened to. Thank you for your time. Have a blessed day "

"Filthy, filthy place. Dirty towels that smell of diesel and stained. Mold everywhere in the bathroom along with a leaking toilet. Beds sheets and pillows are stained. "

"Vending machine didn't work on the 3rd floor had to go to the second floor. Customer service not good and the food was ok. Overall the hotel is good and convenient to a lot of eating places."
