"We liked the hotel, the room and pool area. We didn’t find the staff welcoming or friendly. The check in person was okay, but not real friendly. The hostess or manager in the restaurant was horribly rude. We never went back to the restaurant due to her. The pool is difficult to access because an elevator is broken so you need to go through a dark remote stair case, or walk through the restaurant. "An apartment, plain but spacious and with good air-conditioning. Great central position, free afternoon coffee downstairs, Minuses (outweighed by the above pluses): awkward in-bath shower (screen seal worn out, so water escapes to the bathroom floor) and only one, small pillow. Plus the toilet flush didn't clear the whole bowl."
