"Property was lovely. Front desk had issues with their staff, telling me I had to go to the hospital for my headache when I asked them to help me find some sort of ibuprofen or acetaminophen on a Sunday. (why don’t they have any aspirin etc in housekeeping? That is another matter).
It was weird. No attempt at sympathy when a guest isn’t feeling well.
Another day I requested a wake up call for a very early airport departure. They called 30 minutes late. Thank goodness I was already up.

"Great hotel overall. Modern decor, very clean throughout. Room was spacious and clean. No instructions on how to work the heating/air-con so had to ask at reception. Amazing breakfast, anything you can think of and constantly checked and replenished. Central location and close to the train station. Car park underneath hotel but it is extremely tight. Great communication via email before stay, replied within minutes. Would stay here again."

"There was no hot water for the 3 days we stayed there. At best room temperature. Taking a shower with cool water in a 4 start hotel is not what I paid for. I told the receptionist but still nothing was done. Also, the interent was terrible. Very dissappointed with my stay there and would never recommend this hotel to anyone."
