"Di per sé l'hotel é molto bello e pulito, ho avuto un problema con la camera suite igloo ( non mi sono sentita bene all'interno) cosi dopo esserci rimasta per meno di 1h ho chiesto il cambio della camera e di averne una normale, il ragazzo mi aveva detto che avrei pagato solo la differenza fra le due camere invece il mattino dopo mi é stato detto che avrei pagato l'intera camera ( con uno sconto) comunque più di quanto preventivato, anche perche mi avesse detto questo la sera magari avrei...

We were even lucky enough to see the northern lights 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed thanks to the glass roof! We were always very warm with the underfloor heating ans fireplace, and had all the facilities we needed. We had car issues on the way to a tour, and the owner went out of his way to call to have this fixed (he had absolutely no obligation to help), and drove...

"I don't understand charging for a room that is ready and you're just 1 hr ahead of checkin time. The room was the worst I've ever been in, the size of a closet plus there wasn't a plug in to utilize the blowdryer and the sink was backing up. You could barely get around the bed and I don't understand the shower door design, sprays water all over the counter, no matter how you pointed the water. We did get moved the next day to a larger room."

Very disappointed with the fact they didn't do food of any description in the evening in restaurant, especially with the weather being as bad as it was, we were snowed in and had to stay an extra night. Food was provided for a group that were staying but for some reason they wouldn’t let us have anything even tho we offered to pay. Apart from that we loved our adventure to the north cape!"

"This hotel is a disaster. It is dirty, loud, and the owner is rude and disrespectful. The "breakfast is pitiful and in a refrigerator (pre-packaged) that the smell was nauseating. Apparently the locals regard is as the SECOND worst Hotel in town and there are only 4! Derelicts hang out in the so called lobby and it doesn't feel safe. Pay a bit more and relax ELSEWHERE"
