"Great hotel in a stunning location with mountain views, Staff were also great and really helpful. My only feedback is they need more staff, it felt like 1 or 2 people were basically running everything from the kitchen to the reception."

"Perfect, great location, lovely room Diolch!"

There were only 2 towels for 4 people. In the heat of +34 there was no ventilator, therefore the windows were kept open. I checked in online using their fancy platform but when I actually arrived, the system had a glitch....

"It is a self check-in accommodation. Need to check in online before arriving the property for pass code. No elevator, but room was very spacious and well maintained. Air conditioning was not available so first the room felt hot, but it became better in the morning."

"Very dirty and careless all the curtains were down, the bathroom and the whole room were dirty, there were food scraps in the sink, the furniture was mistreated, the floor was sticky."
