"The room was nice and spacious and I loved having the couch to relax on. We mostly visit to relax and swim in the pools and spa, however, the pool was not very clean looking and this was noticed by other visitors as well. I always enjoy the breakfast as well."

"We arrived late, it was dark. Great communication but when we got the key it was a little hard to follow the map as the area wasnt lit up that well and the signage was poor. When we got inside there were a few bugs 🐛. I went to boil the jug to make a bottle for my infant but the jug was really dirty. The sink couldnt see if it was hot or cold, could only get one element to work. Unable to connect to the wifi following the instructions. Not able to discuss with staff due to us arriving so late....

"We had an enjoyable stay at Edgewater Palms in Paihia. The location is fantastic, and the apartment, while compact, had everything we needed. We stayed in Apartment 25, which offered a pleasant partial sea view. A minor drawback was that the lifts were out of service during our visit, which made getting to our Level 2 apartment a bit inconvenient. However, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with our luggage, which made a big difference. The infinity...
