"Good, simple hotel on the edge of the historic portion of Chartres.
10 Mins walk takes you to the Catherdral
Quiet hotel, under cover carpark (we booked in advance with Onepark).
One issue was with the shower where the temperature varied throughout a shower, but not a major gripe."

"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Architecturally splendid, and a true 5 star hotel. The service was impeccable and the dinner and breakfast were elegant and well done. A great hotel for a romantic few days or a family outing. If you are driving, it is about 50 min from Fountainebleu and 25 minutes from Chartre."
