"One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Architecturally splendid, and a true 5 star hotel. The service was impeccable and the dinner and breakfast were elegant and well done. A great hotel for a romantic few days or a family outing. If you are driving, it is about 50 min from Fountainebleu and 25 minutes from Chartre."

"The room was small and perhaps the farthest one from the lift. It was a knockout though with beautiful furnishings. Super comfortable bed. Two sinks! Robe and slippers provided. Needed a flat space. On property restaurant was fabulous. Great service all around. Valet parking just around the corner was secure and safe and inexpensive. We would LOVE to. One back an be wowed again,"

"This b&b is in a good location close to Chartres, with an attractive building and garden, and plenty of secure parking. However, access to the rooms, set in an upper floor inserted into an old barn, is by steep and narrow stairs.
