"My room was modern, well decorated and extremely comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very good quality. Breakfast was decent but can do with some more variety of food. I was disappointed however that a full housekeeping is not done for the first three nights of the stay. The hotel is using “Climate” as an excuse, whereas it’s clearly a cost-cutting method. A chain like Hyatt really should offer full clean & housekeeping every single night."

"I did not think this was a 5* hotel, I was disappointed. Save your money and book a more central 4*. The bathrooms are tiny. This was in an upgraded deluxe room. Hardly any room to dry yourself when you get out of the shower (or the shower in the bath). Dust everywhere. Very poorly cleaned room on arrival. Daily clean did not include toilet being cleaned!
