The pool was amazing with the views of the city and the sauna area. Only jets were not working in the pool. Very comfortable and restful. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, though coffee was only available from the machine. I also had dinner at Issei, which was excellent. The front desk kindly made the reservation for me, though I didn’t receive any discount at the restaurant despite being a hotel...

"WOW! Even better than we expected - primarily with the spa areas being totally included - for some reason I didn't pick up on the 2 saunas and 2 steam rooms being included. So fun! Room was nice and very comfortable and breakfast was good/pleasant. Hallways were kind of dim but otherwise no complaints! Would definitely stay again. Great location and value."
