"after checking in. I was put into a room that was still dirty after telling a housekeeper that was right outside . I was transferred to another room but it was not up-to-date. The toilet seat was falling apart I had to screw the seat back in place myself also the room entry door was not well maintained it had a broken piece of marble tile on the floor as you enter the room not safe. I ask the staff member who came to apologise if he can put me into the initial room that I was given first after it has been cleaned I can wait because I still has a few hours until I pick my wife up from the airport. I was told there’s no cleaner available. I spent a total of 4 days and not one day any housekeeper came to at least ask if we needed a change of towels besides one came banging on the door asking us if we had a car park outside.
The front desk staff was very nice overall."
