Ernakulam District Hotels with smoking rooms

"The family who own the homestay are so friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. The rooms are basic but immaculate with very good a/c. Breakfast was delicious and the location is central to all of the attractions of fort cochin "

"A well landscaped, green & pleasant property with the beach on one side & backwater on the other."

"Great location, staff are wonderful, food is excellent , nice chilled week before touring southern India"

"Staff are very helpful"

"Staff were great - very helpful and pleasant! However, we noticed a cockroach in our room on the final night (we stayed for two)."

"Hotel is situated 5-6 kms from Ernakulam city limits.I stayed there along with my family for 2 days. I preferred this hotel because of the name " Gokulam Gopalan" who is a well known business man in Kerala. As far as property is concerned, it's quiet beautiful. But I was really disappointed with the attitude & behaviour of staff, especially the front office staff. They are not trained enough to be courteous & pleasant towards the guests. There is a saying that "first impression is the best...

"Overall ok, close to the International Airport."

"Great service and staff are always welcoming."

"A very good place and friendly staff "
