"Our flight arrived in at 1 AM which we had notified the hotel about. The ground floor of the building had no signs indicating check-in. We almost gave up. International visitors can't activate cell phones right away so after 15 minutes of searching, we finally found an empty desk with a phone number and some hotel brochures on it and thought that if this was check-in, it was useless.
