"We’ve stayed here many times and love it! The view of the bay and sunset are amazing. The restaurant on site is great, we had crab hush puppies that were delicious! There are also a handful of restaurants within walking distance that are also great with a beautiful view. The infinity pool is small, but an amazing way to relax after check in. The rooms are large with a beautiful view of the bay."

"This hotel was furthest away from splash lagoon but you could still access it though the halls without going outside. We had room 106 which was great to access the indoor heated hotel pool from your sliding door in the room without going through all the hallways and you could see the pool from the rooms porch area. Staff were nice and helpful especially the pool man. We were having an issue with some creepy man while we were in the pool and when i told the pool man about it he took care of the...

"Everything we needed was on the property and we did not have to leave to enjoy a fabulous dinner, an evening of live music and drinks. It was an absolutely beautiful view. The staff was had great customer service. They were kind and informative."

"Let me start by saying we weren’t expecting much for the price but it was worse than we expected. Here is a list of our complaints.
-The room looked like it had not been cleaned properly.
-Dingy and dirty towels
-Hair all over the room
-dingy and dirty sheets and bedspread
-dust everywhere
-dirty mirrors
-we found several spiders during our stay
-the pool looked like it had algae growing in it
-website said room came with a mini fridge but there wasn’t one
-no maid service during our stay...
