"Beautiful, elegant hotel in a great location between Bologna Centrale station (about 10 minutes on foot) and Piazza Maggiore (around 15 minutes). Ideal for exploring the city. Staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful, with easy communication in English. We were pleasantly surprised with an early check-in at 11:00 a.m. and an upgrade from a Superior to a Deluxe room, which was very much appreciated. "This was my absolute dream. Stayed on the 5th floor. Room was just as pictured...and you can't envision the magical reality (the evening rain on the skylight was heaven). Comfy bed. No thrills, but who needs those when you have the space and beams! Excellent staff all around. They even have a magic button they can push to call you a taxi (especially when you have an obnoxiously early flight). Also good wifi and beautiful common sitting areas downstairs. Also impeccable location...can you tell...
