"The room was clean, but the layout is poorly designed. The rooms are located far from the parking area, making it very difficult for guests with disabilities to access them. There are no designated disability parking spots that provide an easy path to the rooms, which is a significant accessibility issue. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not reach our room at all. Management claimed there were too many active users, but I find that hard to believe; the network wasn't even visible on our devices, which points to a major coverage problem. This property is nothing like a resort—it feels like a basic motel with even fewer amenities, as there isn't even a complimentary breakfast. There are other regular-cheaper motel in the area, I would recommend them over this ‘resort’."

"The first room we were given had a window that didn’t lock. When we asked to be moved they did not want to do it, insisting the window did lock - but no one would come show us how. They finally moved us to a new room, which had dirty dog paw prints on the bedspread and urine and tp in the toilet. We were too tired to switch again so just put up with the dirtiness. While we were asking to switch rooms, another man was in the lobby saying he didn’t want to switch rooms for a second time. Avoid this place at all costs!"

"Wonderful B & B where you'd least expect it! Friendly host, well designed rooms, and excellent breakfast make this a must stop in Green River! Made my husbands bucket list trip all the more memorable. Thank you!"

"Very cute air bnb style stay. Close to parks. Clean and comfortable. Accommodated early check in. We stayed in the off season which made it feel very remote and most local places were closed, but it was a lovely little stay while passing through on a parks road trip."

"The room was clean, comfortable and quiet The view was amazing! The restaurant had good food. There is no coffee in the room but is available with a danish and some fruit or a bar at the front desk for breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to Capitol Reef with a great price."
