However, there was one significant drawback. There was no alarm clock in the room, so because we had an early flight, we requested a wake-up call. Unfortunately, the knock on our door was not loud enough to wake us, and we ended up missing our flight. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it was a very costly inconvenience.
Overall, the staff was pleasant and helpful, but I would recommend that future guests bring their own alarm or ask the staff to knock loudly if they need a wake-up call for an early departure."
