"This hotel is outstanding in every way - pure relaxation - we felt taken care of by each member of staff, the food is absolutely delicious and so fresh. Rooms are large and our view of the grounds and mountains was breathtaking. Beautiful walks under the olive trees, grounds so well maintained. The pool is fabulous and we cant wait to return to this gorgeous hotel."

"The hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Everyone, including the kitchen team, was attentive and always willing to assist us. The hotel itself was very clean, peaceful, and quiet, which made our stay especially relaxing after returning from the busy activities and sightseeing in Marrakech. Our only concern was regarding the tour guide who took us to the palaces and through the medina. He initially appeared very professional and trustworthy. However, toward the end of the tour, he took us to a shop away from the busy areas of the medina. Once inside, the shop staff were very aggressive and pressured us to purchase items we did not want. The experience made us uncomfortable and gave us the impression that the guide may have had a connection with the shop or received a commission for bringing tourists there. Because of this experience, we decided to part ways with the guide after the tour, even though he offered to arrange a taxi for us back to the hotel. I believe it is important for the hotel to communicate with the guide about this practice. When a guide is recommended or arranged through the hotel, guests naturally place a certain level of trust in that person. Guides should remain professional and unbiased and should not take guests to shops where they may feel pressured or obligated to make purchases. "Good wifi. Nice staff. Really had beds. This is a desert and they give you little water and you have to buy water at 5x the price of shops and 2.5x of other hotels. Far from Marrakesh - 35min uber ride"

"Lovely Riad with extra friendly staff both at reception and breakfast, ideal if you have a car as there’s free secure parking onsite and is only a 20minute drive into the hustle and bustle of Marakech but nice to drive back out and stay at the tranquility of the hotel and grounds. The breakfast each morning was exceptional, served in the hotel grounds near the pool with peacocks roaming around, so peaceful. We paid for a superior room which was huge, had a balcony with bistro table and two chairs and a large bathroom with shower over the bath."
