"My fiancée and I chose this destination as a midway point to meet and spend time together. Individually, our travel conditions were absolutely horrible. We were delayed by a day, and my luggage was lost. The hotel staff at Mazagan and the concierge did everything they could to accommodate us and make up for the negativities of our overall experience even though it was not the fault or responsibility of the hotel or their staff. "This hotel is pretty decent. The best thing about it in my opinion is that it had an excellent view of the beach. And the shower was really nice. The rooms are small, not really clean. There was no shampoo and shower gel.The elevator stopped working when we were checking out, but the staff was really helpful, and helped us with our heavy luggage."
