"Great hotel. Clean. Lovely. Heaps of amenities in room. Beautiful gardens. Fantastic massage. Overall, so so nice. It's hotels only fault... no lift. We were on the 4th floor so it was a lot of stairs!! I request that Reservations staff let guests know that there is no lift on arrival, and check if they are okay with so many stairs - if we had have known, we would have requested a room on the 1st or 2nd floor as we had a 1-year-old child with us."

"The property was very nice. The grounds were beautiful! We took a boat ride on the Nile and Lake Victoria. We had some difficulties with what the right payment was supposed to be. I would recommend paying at the hotel reception and not in the boating area. They were missing some items for breakfast but otherwise it was good. It is definitely a nice and quiet area to stay."

"Really beautiful location next to the Nile. Bungalow was spacious and comfortable. Food locally sourced was really tasty. Everything had been thought of for a place to recharge batteries. Great staff and opportunities for local walks with guides. Felt really safe. Picture windows look out over the falls. I’d far rather come here than any expensive Kampala hotel"

"The hotel staff were amazing. They went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic stay. They even helped my fiancé plan his marriage proposal and provided a beautiful candlelight table display and flowers. It was so special. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious!! And evening dinners too. The pool is really clean and fresh. And I had a massage which was great.
