"This hotel was absolutely amazing, first time in Saudi Arabia, they made me feel at home, I stayed from December 23rd through the 26th in room 519. Amazing view, the best fine dining I’ve experienced in a long time. Breakfast and dinner buffets were more than amazing, I really enjoyed the spa experience as well. Everyone there made me feel valued and appreciated. I will be returning within the next couple of days."

"Old hotel, broken curtains, broken bed sheets, bad maintenance and poor breakfast. Dammam and Al Khibar offer a lot of better real 5stars hotels with the same prices"

"The hotel and its inner surroundings is a welcome sanctuary to what is outside the main gate. The food could do with being warmer and the repeated piano music is just terrible. Apart from that its decent, with a good gym, pool area and lobby."

"1- Rooms was old and worn out with low hygiene 2- Breakfast is poor with low quality 3- Bathrooms are rusty, smelly and had issues with water flow and hot water availability 4- Bed stuffing is bad causing lower back pain every morning 5- AC control units did not have an auto option for cooling temp. (You have to set it manually on and off multiple times even during your night sleep) 6- No basement parking available, instead you have to park in a rear parking lot then walk to the main hotel...
