"Had a very poor experience traveling as a group of 8. While we understand some things are outside the resort’s control, overall this was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. The food was below average, and many items we ordered were either unavailable by 9 AM or equipment/services were broken.
The beach was unfortunately not accessible due to excessive seaweed, which we understand is not entirely the resort’s fault. However, the beach was not maintained or cleaned, and the buildup of seaweed created a very unpleasant odor that was noticeable immediately upon arriving at the resort.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of customer service. Aside from one staff member, the majority of interactions felt unwelcoming and unhelpful. Customer service can make or break a vacation experience, and unfortunately this resort fell very short. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed and would not return."
