"So, the view was beautiful! But, the “resort” as a whole left much to be desired. We killed 4 cockroaches in our room, the sheets were never changed, just folded. The pool only had towels once & the 2 times we ordered from the restaurant it took 1.5 hours to get. When we got our food it was cold. The second time it was 8 pm and since the “resort” is so remote we decided to get food there. Took an hour exactly for 3 chicken tacos, an order of fries and a salad lol. Spent $3000 to have roaches, cold food, no towels, no room service nothing. I know they’re tearing this resort down and building a new one but if the same people own it I wouldn’t book here. Tried calling the # provided to have food delivered and they kept declining the call lol. Could have booked anywhere else on the island and received better treatment."
