"What a lovely old building to stay in. Very relaxed. Wonderful grounds, although perhaps a little more attention could be on the fish pond. We were in the additional annex, with a really large, spacious room with two additional beds separated, and a large king size bed. All the usual items, tv, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, chest of drawers, make up table with mirror, full length mirror, heater, two windows (opening), a pair of armchairs and a wardrobe with a dozen wooden hangers. "Efficient check in process, comfortable room. The sauna and pool are not so large, so must feel a bit crowded at peak times. "

"This hotel is in a great location. I had a single room which whilst not large was comfortable and had everything I needed and wanted. The staff were very helpful. On arrival I was taken to my room and the guy carried my case for me. Throughout my stay they were constantly helpful. The food in the restaurant is not great."

"The location is excellent. Our room has beach front sea view and you can see the ferries wheel and the merry go round too."

"We were upgraded when we arrived to a Seaview room. The room was a nice size, very clean with a wonderful view. Having steps straight onto a beautiful beach was amazing. The hotel staff very friendly and informative. We enjoyed using the Spa facilities. The only slight issue was there is very little parking however there is road side parking and if you do have to paid to park they do reimburse you. "

"Unfortunately we made reservation at the last moment. The Hotel was practically fully booked but one room, which turned out to be a freshly renovated room but in the worst location. Overlooking the parking lot and the neighbors across the street. I suggest anyone who wants to book this Hotel to book a waterfront room. Other than that the Hotel is very nice."

"We stayed in the Apartment. It slept 6, but there were 3 of us, so plenty of space. 2 bathrooms . No elevator , but only a couple of flights . No breakfast, but we ate breakfast at the Garden Center , 5 minutes drive away. Great place !Lodge location was ok. Obviously one would be driving to the Lodge . But an easy place to fine and easy access into Salisbury. Next door to the New Forest Lodge was an Indian Restaurant. We didn’t try it as we had eaten at a super restaurant in Salisbury. ...
