"Clean room"

"This place is dodgy. A bunch of sublet rooms even though there is signage all over the building saying no subletting. There is no reception and security shuffled us over to wait in front of the 7/11. We were told no pool on mondays (even though this was the entire reason we booked the room) and then headed up there after 5pm when cleaning had finished. The pool area was full of people but the people on the table at the entrance informed us that we were not allowed in, our host told us that pool access was not for us on this day? Weird experience, not as advertised. Stay away."

"The airport pickup was difficult to locate upon arrival, and there was no prior communication beyond the confirmation email to guide me. After waiting about 30 minutes without success, I arranged my own transportation and took a taxi to the hotel. Upon arrival, the pickup situation was discussed with me multiple times and was ultimately resolved the following day. Although I was unable to use the airport pickup service, I was still required to pay for it. The manager did offer a resolution, which included honoring the pickup charge in exchange for a late checkout and a complimentary lunch, which I accepted. Aside from this experience, my stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my visit."
