"lovely stay, staff were so friendly and helpful. we actually got stuck in our car around the park the morning of check out, we called the lodge and they sent some guys out to help us get unstuck, then let us shower even though check out had passed. also great food, wonderful service, excellent rooms and great views. can't recommend this place highly enough."

"Good value, spacious room, good shower, good toiletries etc. Comfortable bed. Balcony. No a/c but didn't need it. Can't open windows because mosquitos came in. Restaurant was exceptional value, eg a big glass of top SA red wine for $2.30. Food ok, good selection of small eats. My meals and drinks bill for four days was only £30. Staff very friendly, chatty. But, on check-out there was no record that I had prepaid accommodation. Eg: 'what's Expedia?' I had to send them my receipt by email, then...

"They did not have our booking(pre paid) which is understandable somewhat because they are out in the middle of no where, but there was no attempt on the staffs part to help fix the problem. we ended up leaving 1.5 hours later than we wanted and paid with a Card(got a refund from Hotels.com). the hotel needs to have better service. The refund from hotels.com was easy and service on there side great."
