"Run down. Not worth more than $20 per night. No vent in bathroom, things don’t dry out. The staff is nice, the location is good, but that does not make up for the extremely dated look of the property. My room looked nothing like the photo. I felt I was staying at a crack house. I booked in advance for 5 days. Had to leave after 2 nights. The also lost power for about 10 hours. If you stay in the front room street traffic may keep you awake at night."

"I called the hotel 2 hours before my arrival, they didn't have my information on file but told me to get there anyways and by the time of my arrival they would have everything ready for me. When I finally arrived, they did have my information but told me that the hotel was full, there was no vacancy so they started to call nearby hotels to get me a room after 40 minutes the front desk agent then offered me to take me to a different hotel and RODE WITH ME ON MY CAR to take me there. "Really beautiful property in the heart of the colonial city, walkable to many restaurants and shops. We loved our room as well as the lovely pool area outside. There is a lot of staff on hand and they are very friendly and helpful. This would be a great place for a group as you can rent all of the rooms in one of the “houses” to have a private area. There was construction right outside while we were there, but it didn’t impact our stay."

"This was my second time at the hotel. They are renovating the place, it is getting nicer and nicer, however, it is a basic room, nicely located near the Plaza Espana, so there are lots of things nearby. Wi-Fi works great, the room included a refrigerator, and television. "
