"I called the hotel 2 hours before my arrival, they didn't have my information on file but told me to get there anyways and by the time of my arrival they would have everything ready for me. "Really beautiful property in the heart of the colonial city, walkable to many restaurants and shops. We loved our room as well as the lovely pool area outside. There is a lot of staff on hand and they are very friendly and helpful. This would be a great place for a group as you can rent all of the rooms in one of the “houses” to have a private area. There was construction right outside while we were there, but it didn’t impact our stay."
