"I called the hotel 2 hours before my arrival, they didn't have my information on file but told me to get there anyways and by the time of my arrival they would have everything ready for me.
When I finally arrived, they did have my information but told me that the hotel was full, there was no vacancy so they started to call nearby hotels to get me a room after 40 minutes the front desk agent then offered me to take me to a different hotel and RODE WITH ME ON MY CAR to take me there.
