"Hotel contemporain, personnel très souriant, restauration très bine (tant pour le buffet du petit déjeuner que le restaurant). Seule ombre au tableau, une personne errant dans la rue s'est introduite dans la salle du petit-déjeuner et nous a volé un smart phone. Nous nous en sommes aperçu immédiatement. Nous avons eu le présence d'esprit d'aller autour de la gare et avons retrouvé cette personne et pu récupérer le téléphone. "

Face à la gare, proche centre pompidou à 3 minutese passant au travers de la gare. Parking souterrain public à proximité, avec prix divisé par 2 grâce à un bon donné par l hotel , j ai payé 9,40€ pour 24h, car difficile et cher de se garer à Metz ."

"The Novotel in Metz was one of the more expensive hotels we have stayed in on our European tour. It is not as classy as we had expected and the decor in the room was dated especially the textured white walls. The plugs in both the sink and shower did not drain well and smelt. The bed was comfortable and pillows fluffy. There is an outside pool but it is very busy with children and not very big. The price of the hotel was not reflected in the stay. The underground parking is shared and smells...

"Easy to reach, very close to the highway, very friendly staff, early check-in, quiet, rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, comfortable rooms with lots of space, airconditioning worked well, elevator and stairs available. Nice art at the walls. Excellent hotel!"

"Staff were wounderful, close to the train station so we did a day trip to Luxembourg, worth it. Main city and sites to see all within walking distince. Recomend getting Breakfox at cafe Fox!!"

"So I booked this location after an issue with another hotel. I only wish that I had discovered this one first. The location was great, right next to most major attractions. The hotel staff rocked, and everyone was very helpful. I would certainly stay here again"

"Logement spacieux et propre, équipé d'un frigo, d'une plaque et d'une bouilloire électrique. La possibilité de réserver une place de parking est un plus mais qui ne m'a personnellement pas arrangée car cela doit correspondre aux horaires du logement et je suis arrivée avant et repartie après. En revanche, possibilité de laisser ses bagages et de se garer non loin. Le personnel s'est montré très aimable."

"This hotel was a fantastic experience! We stayed in a themed room that had all of the amenities you’d need. The grounds were well kept and peaceful and we had plenty to do including a tennis court, a spa, walking trails, oversized chess and checkers, and boats. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We highly recommend it!"
