The upgrade was outstanding (thank you Adnan) and their supervisor (Selim) is class act. I forgot my passport at the hotel and instead of losing my flight, he sent the hotel driver with the passport to the airport and I didn't miss my flight. Hussain was also an outstanding guide. I can't wait to be back!!"
