"I loved the garden and the carpet like grass. Watching the sunrise and sunset by the garden overlooking the ocean was mesmerising. That big water fountain at the entrance is beautiful in the day and night time. The fish pond added a calming and wow factor to the back of the hotel. I loved the spacious areas and the overal cleanliness of the property. "

"Can’t fault our stay in any way. The facilities were extensive, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the food was varied and delicious, and the room was spacious and clean. Plenty of activities for children. Ability to use the facilities of the Hyatt next door. The beach is on your doorstep. Plenty of things to do outside of the hotel, with the centre of Sanur, and the ICON Bali shopping centre a short walk away."

"The hotel is good and next to shopping mall. But after 10pm.. u can not get any food... all closed including restaurant at Hotel. From hotel to main road need to walk 15min and another 10 to 20 min to get the food after 10pm. As a international hotel and tourists from different countries, i suggest hotel should open a 24 hours restaurant to serve the guess.. if not at least until 12am..."

"Don't choose the double room which is the cheapest room type. It's in their old building , the furnitures are worn out and it's kinda dirty and badly maintained. I was disappointed when I first arrived because this resort got high marks. After I complaint , the reception told me that I can upgrade to the next type (superior) for usd 10 which is their new block. This room is superb and from then on it was an amazing stay!"
