"The room had a couple of cleanliness issues,also looking out of our room window there was a great big container not great. Also breakfast was a bit of a let down,the size of my husband's full Welsh breakfast was smaller the 2nd morning,loads of mushrooms,2 halves of tomatoe on 2nd breakfast about 4 bits of mushrooms and 1 halves of tomato"

"Valentines evening with overnight stay. Check in easy, mostly done online prior to arrival. Room was good size and very clean, hotel situated along side of busy A55, but road noise in room was minimal. Had small lunch and then dinner in the evening, the service from Heather was excellent, full of smiles and attentive, even though it was busy with the amount of staff they had on serving. "The room was clean and very compact, it lacked appeal but had most of the amenities you would want at this price. There is no interaction with staff at all as self check in, the heating wasn’t on although the radiator in the hall was hot, one curtain hardly covered the window, my room,2, was at the front of the property so people leaving the pub were talking loudly at 11.30/12pm and then again at 1am which woke me up, the shower was good, the wash basin so tiny you couldn’t get the tiny kettle...
