"Fantastic motel"

"The Riverwood Resort is a small, but conveniently located hotel at a reasonable price. Unfortunately our experience was disrupted by a water / sewer problem impacting the hotel building. Staff reacted promptly and were accommodating, Since we chose to move to another hotel, we received a prompt refund for the second night of our 2 night stay."

"I don’t even know to describe this stay aside from heaven on earth, at least for us. Rooms are fabulous, the setting is wonderful. It’s still being built, that wasn’t an issue for us at all but could be for others. Come with food as it’s very remote but has a wonderful kitchen, there is a small farm shop if you get stuck."

"This was an adorable place to stay, rustic charm. The breakfast was wonderful and the owners friendly. I will stay there again. So cozy and charming."

"Every now and then you find a rental at the intersection of charming and perfect. This was one of those situations. I've travelled a lot and this was a unique property. Plenty of useful cookware and supplies, a well-appointed bathroom, and delightful bonus movie room. This was also the first time that I've ever seen chilled beer mugs in a freezer ready to go. "Clean and beds were comfortable. They are using portable heaters so not the warmest but we were not in the cabin much during the day. The view of lake is nice. They forgot to stock extra rolls of toliet paper so we had to go to the lodge to get more. Breakfast is one cereal or instant oatmeal and only available for an hour. The owners were pleasant. They did not respond in the app so you have to call them. "

"Breakfast was good. Nicely prepared and seeved. They mentioned a fresh baked good to go with breakfast on Website. This did not happen for our stay"

"Great accommodation in a great place should be more places like this to stay. Owner was very friendly and helpful, room had everything we needed, fridge microwave and bed was very comfortable. "

"The location is remote and quiet and beautiful. The residence was clean and comfortable. "

"Great place to stay - convenient to Cedaredge, the Grand Mesa and Delta. The back porch and stream are just perfect - we spent most of our time there when not out visiting with our daughter's family. LaLa's Sandwiches for the best breakfast and SIPs for a lovely light adult dinner and drinks - both in Cedaredge off Main Street."

"Great place🙏"
