"Do not recommend. Do not waists your time on this place. It is not what you expect. Staff is close to none. Stood around for 35 minutes waiting for someone to show up for me to check in. I watched a mother wait for 20 of those minutes to buy her kid a water. In that same time frame, another gentleman walked in to check in as well. He also waited then left then came back and waited longer. It’s just not that great of a place. I could get into more. Just don’t book here."

"The exterior of the hotel , breakfast , coffee were all very good. The room condition was bad. Tiles in the bathroom were falling off . Rooms need to be remodeled ASAP"

"3.5 stars on this stay. Everything about the stay was nice, except for the cleaning service. I was there for four nights and my room wasn't cleaned the entire stay. Trash not emptied, no vacuuming. Received a note under my door on the 3rd day that there would be no service due to a washer or dryer being out of service and if we wanted towels, to request them from the front desk. "Requested folio be printed and delivered to room before 5am Night clerk was Kurt and printed after I had to personally request. Day clerk wrote note in binder, but……no follow through."

"Beautiful property, albeit in a rather unique location - the anchor of a shopping mall. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The common areas were also large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just okay, standard hotel fare. Navigating the parking lot was a small challenge as the hotel competes with surrounding mall traffic to some degree. Given the location, there were plenty of food options close by, but few that I would rate as upscale. Overall it was a good experience."
