"HORRIBLE, location was seedy by a bus stop. Room didn't have working heat or air conditioning, my shades in my room on first floor were broken and the curtains didn't close, so people could see in. This was my second room as the first one was worse! The maintenance guy brought me a fan but even though it was 40 outside, my room wouldn't get cooler than 77 degrees. The bedding was old and threadbare. Since I booked on expedia I could not get a refund! This is the worst place I have EVER stayed. I was booked for two night but left after one. Also they will charge you to park $15 per night! And $80 for incidentals. No free bfast or coffee. "

"Construction was right out the window of our room. (Was asked if we had a preference on room, and said I didn’t care and they picked it). One of the beds was ready to break, anytime you moved it made noise. I had to pay to park my car each night we stayed, that was a waste of money. Breakfast was ok, had good options. Pool was small and crowded, had to ask for more pool towels because no one was checking on them. "

"Beautiful property!! I will say, they tried to charge me $300 for smoking in my room. They have a new system that senses smoke (even vape smoke!) I did NOT vape or smoke, but did use a medical device for my albuterol. They ended up refunding me, but I was Shocked! 1) feels like an invasion of privacy 2) they did not volunteer the info, I got a notification of a pending charge. "

"They did not clean our room and we stayed two nights. There was no room service. The restaurant was booked and we as paying customers could not get a table. "

"The hotel looks really nice and the staff was kind and courteous. But the fanciness the property shows off ends in the lobby. They call their standard rooms "Deluxe" as a marketing ploy, when in reality, they're incredibly small for the price you pay. It was maybe half the size of the Hilton hotel I stayed in the night before. The mini fridge is smaller than any other I've ever encountered in a hotel. It lacked a microwave and even a fan in the bathroom. The shower head was ancient but the water pressure and temperature were both good. Valet parking is $40 a night, but just two or three blocks away you can get 24 hour parking in a patrolled lot for $15 plus tax"
